They are too busy to bother to be parents... that is why all of this is as bad as it is. Parents do not take the time to really care. And there are no consequences for actions. We all expect someone to do something before something bad happens but we not longer take time to it ourself... and we wonder why "someone" didnt do a thing to stop that.
