ROME,Jun 12(IPS)-Environmental legislators from the 13 countrieswith the largest greenhousegas emissions have called for thecreation of an international green fund to beincluded in theCopenhagen protocol on climate change. The fund wouldprovidedeveloping countries with financial and technical resources tocreate acarbon-free economy.
