GENEVA,Feb 18(IPS)-International human rights groups and Iranianactivists say Iran's decision to reject majorrecommendations made by the 47-member U.N. Human Rights Councilon Wednesday is disappointing and signals that Tehran has nointention of easing the crackdown on dissent in the country.
