BERLIN,Feb 23(IPS)-New cases of tax evasion in several Europeancountries are showing the limits of the informal agreementsreached between the Organisation for Economic Cooperation andDevelopment (OECD) and tax havens such as Switzerland, Luxembourgand Liechtenstein.
